Excellent. Thank you. Dan, Evan and Jake will want to get golf carts to have some shade. Shasteen will hopefully have a tent and Mario has shade along the trees on 18, but still might want a cart. For the Poker Challenge - you will get a deck of cards - please open, remove jokers and shuffle. When golfers arrive at hole, ask if anyone is participating in the poker challenge. If yes, fan the cards and ask them to pick a random card. They pick and turn it over to reveal the card/suit. Take the card back from them and write that card/suit on the paper with your initials. A golfers final card will look something like this example - Jim Schnyder is the golfer...

125th To Do
125th to do list
Brother Madden has made a lot of progress on the actual program for the evening and perhaps other items. I havent had a chance to connect with him so if I list something he has already addressed my apologies.
As I mentioned at Stated, there is the possibility that Frisco Scottish Rite may be available now that we have moved the event to February 1st. We are waiting for their response. This would help a great deal with the budget. Here are a few things that are top of mind.
Confirm venue This is needed for Cost, Invitations, programming and set up for the evening. It will also allow us to get our deposit back if needed and work with the caterer and Scottish Rite on planning.
Paper Invitations created and mailed. Brother Day has provided conent that we can use for the brochuire we discussed…
