Long Range Planning Brainstorming
A few of the committee members have been brainstorming ideas for Long Range (3 year Strategic Plan) I will set up another meeting soon. I have listed a few conversations starters. If you have others, add a post in the Lodge Committee Forum and name it Strategic Planning Ideas. These are just ideas of what we may want to prioritize for the rest of this year (Year 1) and then Year 2 and 3
Year 1
On Going issues with construction, parking, and whether we need to consider a short term alternative for meeting
Plan for lower income- degree fees
Attendance affecting dinner expenses
Investigations
Determine priorities for our building, floors, ceiling, dining room/kitchen, back porch area so we can pick ONE and start the process of planning the fundraising to pay for it and when we will do it. We've been talking about it for years, if we can just start/finish ONE project on the list the rest might come easier.....
